Graeme initially joined RBR Advisory’s parent company Begbies Traynor Group in 2007 before moving on to RSM Tenon and Quantuma Restructuring. He re-joined BTG in May 2017 and is now responsible for the development of the southern region for both restructuring and corporate finance. Graeme deals with all aspects of insolvency and finance, with particular emphasis on the printing and publishing, motor and construction sectors.
His entrepreneurial skills, commercial awareness and vast business experience make him an expert in his field and he has the advantage of having experienced business difficulties from both sides. Consequently he is adept at identifying key issues that need addressing.
Graeme has a natural tenacity and determination that he combines with his very approachable and empathetic nature. He is motivated by a genuine desire to help others through the imparting of his invaluable knowledge and extensive experience. His focus is achieving positive outcomes and resolutions.
Outside of work, Graeme is a keen cyclist, qualified scuba diver and also holds a skipper’s license. He enjoys travelling when possible and spending time with his family.
Recent assignments include:
- Restructure of a dart manufacturing business with £6m turnover resized and refinanced
- Liquidated a printing company with a turnover of £3.5m. Refinanced the existing group member
- Liquidated a London opticians; pre-packed and refinanced
